Evaluation of public health programmes include the Breast Cancer Screening Pilot Programme (BCSPP) and Hong Kong Genome Project (genomic medicine).
The project aims and objectives are to:
- evaluate the clinical and cost-effectiveness and health equity of the programme;
- provide locally relevant evidence on continuing/modifying the existing screening strategy;
- inform policymaking on the next stage programme development.
