  1. Determining the genetic lineages of circulating respiratory viruses
  2. Assess the immune escape of circulating respiratory viruses

  1. Risk assessment of novel variants

  1. The student will be able to learn next generation sequencing and immunological assays .

Prof. Kelvin To is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Microbiology. He has a research interest in emerging respiratory tract infections.
