Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is an innovative building method that involves manufacturing prefabricated modules off-site in a controlled factory environment. These modules are fully furnished with interior and exterior finishes, fixtures, and fittings before being transported to the construction site. Upon arrival to the construction site, they are ready for assembly and integration into the final structure.
