The Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of The University of Hong Kong (the “Faculty”) has noted that the logo and name of the Faculty have been used by organizations / individuals without authorization in advertising materials posted in the Ruttonjee Hospital to solicit business for medical negligence claims.

The Faculty hereby clarifies that it is not connected with such advertising materials and organizations / individuals. The case has been reported to the Police and the Faculty reserves the right to take further actions. The Faculty urges members of the public to be vigilant about the aforementioned and similar advertisements. If necessary, the assistance of the Police should be sought.
