This has been an exceptionally difficult year for us all, making it all the more important to take a step back for a moment of introspection, to check-in on oneself, and reach out for help if necessary; let’s come together and get the conversation on mental health started!

With the World Mental Health Day quickly approaching on 10 October, we hope to nurture "mental health for all of us" this month at HKUMedIn collaboration with the Student Wellness Team, our Peer Supporters have prepared series of events and workshops, open for all HKUMed staff and students to join. Make sure to check this space often for updates on upcoming activities throughout October!
