This seminar traced the origins of the Convention against Genocide, its legal standing, and the differences between the legal definition of genocide and the various interpretations by genocide scholars. Dr Shmuel Lederman, from the Open University of Israel, was the speaker. Dr Zohar Lederman, from the University of Hong Kong, was the chair of the seminar.
