The ‘Hong Kong Valves 2025’ conference, held at the HKUMed campus, was a highly successful three-day event dedicated to advancements in valvular heart disease. The conference featured engaging plenary lectures delivered by both international and local experts, providing valuable insights into the latest research and clinical practices.

The ‘CHALK TALK’ series offered dynamic presentations on key concepts related to valvular heart conditions, engaging attendees with expert-led discussions. Live case demonstrations from leading centres in Hong Kong and around the world showcased innovative techniques and best practices, utilising cutting-edge devices from both East and West.

Participants had the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops and an electrosurgery classroom, where specialists in transcatheter electrosurgery guided them through advanced procedures step by step using bench models. In addition, clinicians and scientists shared challenging cases and scientific abstracts, fostering international collaboration and knowledge exchange.
