When Tropical Storm Warning Signal No.8 (or a higher number) or the Rainstorm Black Warning Signal is hoisted on 13 July 2024 (Saturday), the following arrangements will be applied:

  • If either of the warnings is hoisted or in force at or after 11:30am, the Ceremony will be cancelled. 
  • If either of the warnings is lowered or cancelled at or before 11:30am, the Ceremony will be held as scheduled.
