Cuteness overload at our first Teddy Bear Hospital event! Hosted by Professor Andrew Kuk, and supported by medical and nursing students, this event was a heartwarming addition to our medical campus! Over 30 adorable kindergarten students brought their favorite plush toys to our mock hospital for treatment. This event aimed to reduce any fear of doctors and hospitals, while allowing students to interact with young children. more

Researchers from the School of Public Health have developed needle-free live-attenuated influenza vaccines that can protect humans from seasonal flu viruses and address the threat from emerging viruses. The team won the Saudi Innovation Excellence Prize at the 50th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva 2025 for their work. more
