Ruth Wong
Clinical Psychologist
B.A. (Psychology), M.A. (Clinical Psychology), Psy.D. (Clinical Psychology)
Member of Register of Clinical Psychologists accredited by Department of Health (HK)
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (California and New York, US)

I am a clinical psychologist who holds a strong belief in the possibilities of human growth. The topic of mental health should not be limited to treatment and intervention, but should also be about prevention and self-growth. Especially when it is part of life that there are ups and downs, it might be easier to surf through the waves when we are to invest in developing our inner selves. I believe that my role as a psychologist is to provide an emotionally safe space that allows the internal self to be connected and cared for – a space that can ultimately foster personal growth and self-actualization. I utilize an integrative theoretical approach in psychotherapy, incorporating evidence-based and strength-based methods. These primarily include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.

Arthur Li
Clinical Psychologist
B.Sc. (Hons) (Psychology), M.S.Sc. (Counselling Psychology), Psy.D. (Clinical Psychology)
Registered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC, UK)
Registered Counselling Psychologist (HKPS, HK)

I am an existential therapist with professional training in both counselling psychology and clinical psychology. Instead of understanding 'therapy' as 'treatment', I believe healing is done through encountering genuinely with the other. Having worked in the field of mental health for years, I tend to understand sufferings and symptoms are perceived as part and manifestations of life, and through a close and intimate encountering with one's existence, freedom and a meaningful living could be re-discovered through realizing one's possibilities. I am specialized in the Existential-Phenomenological approach (Daseinsanalysis, Existential-humanistic psychotherapy, and Logotherapy), and I also incorporate other psychotherapeutic approaches and philosophies in my clinical practices.

By utilizing a strength-based and client-centered approach, my goal is to provide personalized strategies and support tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and challenges. I concentrate on nurturing your strengths and resilience while collaboratively working towards peak performance, offering ongoing feedback and assistance throughout the process. I am excited to continue this journey as a performance psychologist, and I look forward to working with you to help you reach new heights in both study and life!

Catti Lee
Counselling Psychologist
B.A. (Language & Communication; African Studies & Arabic), M.S.Sc. (Psychology), M.S.Sc. (Counselling Psychology)
Mental Health First Aid Instructor (MHAHK, HK)

Driven by a strong interest in human mind and behaviour, I have been working in the Learning & Development field for over a decade and providing Training and Consulting services to multi-national clients from commercial, social service and governmental sectors before I navigated my trajectory to Psychology. As a Counselling Psychologist, I have been walking alongside young adults navigating high-stakes environments. Where people surrounding you might only see the surface-level struggle, I listen for the deeper stories – the frustration of unmet emotional needs, unfulfilled aspirations, and the profound resilience woven through your life's episodes. My practice is deeply strength-based and narrative-driven. In a field like medicine where you are constantly trained to diagnose, treat, and analyze, I offer a different space – here, you are not a clinical case to be managed. You aren't broken, so we aren't here to "fix" you. Instead, we partner together to decode the pressures you face, spot its tricks, and rewrite the script on your own terms, so that you can reclaim your narrative agency.

Ming Yau
Counsellor
BSW (Social Work), M.A. (Family Counselling and Family Education)
Registered Social Worker (HK)

I am blessed to have worked as a counsellor in the mental health field for over a decade. I perceive counselling as a delightful journey to sightsee the beautiful sceneries, explore the unknowns, and hunt the hidden treasures with my clients in their inner worlds. I understand unlocking the door of your subconscious and unconscious is a courageous endeavour. But I truly believe the value of this internal journey is unparalleled. It would be my pleasure if you invited me to be your companion to travel around internally together. As your counsellor, I will provide a warm and secure space for you to take off or land safely in any spot of your inner world. To be a good companion, I have equipped myself with adequate clinical knowledge. I am familiar with the Attachment Theory, Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy and Emotion-focused Therapy. In clinical practice, I prefer to integrate different theories and intervention models to formulate the most appropriate treatment plan for every unique individual.

I had worked in Hong Kong tertiary education as a Counsellor for 18 years. I am here as I wish to listen to everything that you have in your mind. You can share all your ups and downs, or just a very small thing that lightens up or impacts your day with me. I understand that working in the medical industry is harder now than ever, which makes me eager to share your experience and support you throughout this process. With me, you are never alone as long as you trust me and allow me to be your lighthouse in the case you are lost. Together we can always find a way out. My approach to therapy is relational and integrative, applying interventions from the Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy and Person – Centered Therapy.
