The School of Public Health and the School of Nursing jointly participated in the Hospital Authority (HA) Convention 2019 held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on May 14-15, 2019.
The convention is one of the most important conferences for the local healthcare community and an annual signature event of the HA. This year featured over 90 distinguished local and overseas speakers who shared their knowledge and insights with regards to the healthcare profession.
The convention booth hosted by the Schools was well-visited, including visits from Professor John Leong Chi-yan, then Chairman of HA; Dr Leung Pak-yin, then Chief Executive of HA and countless other healthcare professionals. Those who stopped by the booth showed great interest in learning more about the education and training programmes offered by the Schools.
