The event, organised under the Jockey Club PHARM+ Community Medication Service Network and funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, was held on the HKUMed Campus. It attracted over 370 participants, including healthcare professionals, academics, policymakers and social service providers. The event was centred around the theme 'Shaping the Future of Primary Healthcare Pharmacy: Quality Standards, Research, and Interprofessional Collaboration'. The programme featured keynote speeches, expert panels, symposiums, poster presentations and a pre-conference pharmacy tour. Sessions showcased innovations in service delivery, evidence-based practices, interprofessional education and policy alignment. Over 90% of the attendees affirmed its value, making the event a milestone in advancing accessible, integrated, patient-centred primary healthcare pharmacy.
