This event brought together academics and researchers from across HKUMed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation in the field of immunology. Co-hosted by the School of Biomedical Sciences and the School of Clinical Medicine, the event began with inspiring remarks from Dean Professor Chak-sing Lau, who emphasised this mixer as a key first step in building an immunology research community within HKUMed. An interactive panel discussion encouraged cross-disciplinary idea exchange, offering valuable insights into ongoing projects and helping to shape the Faculty’s immunology research development. From networking to knowledge-sharing, the mixer provided a platform for clinicians and scientists to connect and explore new opportunities to advance immunology research.
