Registration
Registration must be made through the online system only. Due to limited seating capacity of Grand Hall, some graduands may be assigned to Lecture Hall with live broadcast of the Ceremony. Each graduand can request up to two Live Broadcast guest tickets, to be provided on a first come, first served basis and be assigned at HKU Centennial Campus, Main Campus or Medical Campus.

Adverse Weather
When Tropical Storm Warning Signal No.8 (or a higher number) or the Rainstorm Black Warning Signal is hoisted on 12 July 2025 (Saturday), the following arrangements will be applied:
- If either of the warnings is hoisted or in force at or after 11:30am, the Ceremony will be cancelled.
- If either of the warnings is lowered or cancelled at or before 11:30am, the Ceremony will be held as scheduled.
