The Symposium will be held on Monday & Tuesday, October 27 & 28, 2014 in the Cheung Kung Hai Conference Centre, William MW Mong Block, 21 Sassoon Road, Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong

Official Language

The official language of the Symposium is English.

Deadline for Registration

September 30, 2014

Early registration is encouraged. If the number of registrations received before the deadline exceeds the capacity of the venue, the deadline for registration may be advanced and the online registration system would be closed without prior notice. On-site registration may not be accepted.

Registration Fee

HK$100 (for attending either one or both days of the symposia) inclusive of coffee/tea and a sandwich for lunch. Please send a cheque made payable to "The University of Hong Kong" to the Symposium Secretariat. The registration fee is waived for staff and students of UGC-funded universities as well as staff of HA hospitals and Department of Health, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.

Due to limited availability of parking space, free parking may be provided on a first come, first served basis subject to availability.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of attendance for Big Data and Precision Medicine will be available upon request. Please indicate your request on the Registration Form. Certificates of attendance, if requested, will be available for collection at the Registration Counter on the day of the Symposium.

Badges

Participants will be provided with badges which should be worn for admission to the meeting venues.
