This includes a deeper understanding of patient needs and expectations, as well as honing important communication and leadership skills.
The challenging medical environment can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming, particularly for junior doctors or those who are in training. It’s essential to support each other by sharing our doubts and concerns, fears and dreams in our career, and sometimes enjoying nice food together.
