Registration for the 13th International Symposium on Healthy Aging “Aging．Health．Happiness” 2018 is closed.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 23 FEBRUARY 2018

Official Receipt

An official receipt for the registration fee will be provided in the registration package for collection at the Symposium.

On-site registration with payment in cash at the Symposium is also accepted, subject to seat availability.  An official receipt will be issued after the event by mail to the on-site registrants.

Entitlement 

Registrants will be entitled to:

• participate in all sessions (including the lunch symposia)
• visit the on-site exhibition featuring pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
• receive a certificate of attendance, upon request, and a copy of the programme booklet

Cancellation of Registration

Only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if notification of cancellation is made in writing on or before 23 February 2018. No refund will be made for any notification of cancellation received from 24 February 2018 onwards.

Payment

All payments should be made by cheque in HK Dollars payable to “The University of Hong Kong” and sent with the completed registration form to the Symposium Secretariat, Research Centre of Heart, Brain, Hormone & Healthy Aging, 6/F, William M.W. Mong Block, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, 21 Sassoon Road, Pokfulam, Hong Kong by 23 February 2018.
