Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health (BSc[Exercise&Health]) (last intake in 2016/17)

The Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health is a multidisciplinary four-year full-time honours degree dedicated to the scientific study of exercise, physical activity and health, and skill learning and expert performance. Students gain a scientific understanding of how the human body works and responds to exercise; the health benefits of exercise; how exercise can be prescribed, promoted and measured; how movements are controlled and learned; why our skills sometimes fail us. The curriculum provides theoretical and practical competency at a level that allows students to attain internationally recognised accreditation while they study.  It also allows students to broaden their knowledge base outside the realm of exercise by choosing a minor.
