Poster Assessment Guidelines

  1. Poster presenters will be requested to upload their e-poster file with a 3 minute audio presentation by November 12, 2020. Late uploads will not be accepted, presenters with no uploads by the cut-off will be forfeited from the competition.
  2. E-poster submission instruction will be emailed to presenters by the end of October.
  3. All e-posters will be online (HKU portal access only) by November 23, 2020 and adjudicators will assess the presentation.
  4. Adjudicators will independently grade the presentation and poster using the following scheme:

  5. Adjudicators will discuss their ranking of the presenters and select two best poster presenters for each session.
  6. Best poster presenters will be awarded a Certificate of Merit and a cash prize of $600.
  7. Awardees will be announced at the closing session of the symposium and they will be contacted via email by the end of December 2020.
