ORAL ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES

1. There will be a total of 32 oral presentations in 8 sessions. Each presenter will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
2. The top three presenters across all sessions will be selected by the adjudicators and be awarded with a trophy and a prize.
3. Each adjudicator will grade the presenters using the following scheme:

   * 1 = poor, 5 = excellent
4. Using the above scheme as an aid, each adjudicator is asked to form their personal top 5 of best presenters with ranking.
5. Adjudicators will have time (~20 minutes) for a discussion after the last oral presentation session on December 2 to compare their lists of top 5 best presenters and finally select the winners of the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize.
