RacingThePlanet: Sri Lanka is a 250 kilometer / 155 mile, 6-stage, 7-day endurance foot race in one of the most stunning and culturally rich locations on the planet. Sri Lanka is a hidden gem of an island in the Indian Ocean off the southern-tip of India boasting no-less than eight UNESCO Heritage Sites, more than one thousand kilometers of golden beaches, timeless ruins of more than 2,000 years of history, deep jungle, warm tropical weather and vast tea plantations. The course starts from the central highlands and finishes close to the southern beaches. It is a self-supported race; competitors must carry everything they need for the seven days on their back.

Either solo or in a team of 2, participants can sign up for the flagship event, Ultra 100km (5,800m+ elevation), or the sister races of 50km (2,700m+ elevation) and 25km (900m+ elevation). The event starts and ends on Silvermine Beach, Mui Wo.

The 2016 Sahara Race will take place in Namibia, home to the oldest desert and the largest dunes in the world and known for its iconic desert landscape. It is situated on the west coast of Southern Africa with South Africa to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the west where crashing waves meet the oldest desert. 90% of Namibia is classified as desert, arid or semi-arid giving rise to the most beautiful and varied desert landscapes you can imagine. It spans a distance of 2,000 kilometers / 1,300 miles along of the coast from South Africa, through Namibia and into Angola. The Sahara Race (Namibia) is a self-supported race; competitors must carry everything they need for seven days on their backs.

A race deep into wilderness using along the internationally renowned trail “Grande Randonnée du Tour du Mont-Blanc (GR TMB)”. It is a mountain ultramarathon, with numerous passages in high altitude (>2,500 m), in difficult weather conditions (night, wind, cold, rain or snow), that needs a very good training, adapted equipment and a real capacity of ultramarathon racing experience. The CCC® has climbed from being the "little sister of the UTMB®" to becoming a unique race that is one of the most prestigious of the world. The first few kilometres quickly lead to 2,500 m of altitude to one of the most exceptional panoramas one can imagine, facing the Mont-Blanc and the Grandes Jorasses. The passage of the Grand col Ferret (2537m) marks the entrance of the race in Switzerland, where the competitors will be warmly welcomed by the volunteers of La Fouly, Champex and Trient. Already in France but so close to Switzerland, anyone can enjoy the authenticity of Vallorcine, before discovering after an incredible ascension the Vallons des Chezerys, a true corner of paradise with a magnificent view on the Mont-Blanc chain. Runners will finish at the arrival arch in the heart of Chamonix.

The 100 km course starts in Pak Tam Chung on the Sai Kung Peninsula and covers some of the most beautiful scenery in Hong Kong, including remote and unspoilt beaches, ancient forests, nature trails, reservoirs and steep hills. The course is based around Hong Kong's famous Maclehose Trail, but with some diversions to ensure that runners spend more time in its most scenic sections, as well as finishing with the descent from Hong Kong's highest peak (Tai Mo Shan). The course involves a cumulative elevation gain of over 4,500 metres and the cut-off time is 30 hours.
