| Symposium Information |
Date and Venue The Symposium will be held on Friday, December 4, 2009 in the Cheung Kung Hai Conference Centre, William MW Mong Block, 21 Sassoon Road, Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong
Official Language The official language of the Symposium is English. Extended Deadline for Registration November 27, 2009 Early registration is encouraged. If the number of registrations received before the deadline exceeds the capacity of the venue, the deadline for registration may be advanced and the online registration system would be closed without prior notice. On-site registration may NOT be accepted. Registration Fee HK$100 inclusive of coffee/tea and a sandwich for lunch. Please send a cheque made payable to "The University of Hong Kong" to the Symposium Secretariat. The registration fee is waived for staff and students of the UGC-funded universities and staff of HA hospitals, and registrants of Frontiers in Medical and Health Sciences Education "Making Sense in Communication". Free car parking may be provided on a first come, first served basis subject to availability. Certificate of Attendance Certificate of attendance will be available upon request. Please indicate your request on the Registration Form. Certificates of attendance, if requested, will be available for collection at the Registration Counter on the day of the Symposium. Badges Participants will be provided with badges which should be worn for admission to the meeting venues.
