Twenty-seven students from School of Nursing of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) embarked on an unforgettable Incoming Exchange Programme at the HKU School of Nursing in September and October 2024. During this experience, the SYSU students had the unique opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the daily life of HKU nursing students, attending lectures with our students and visiting the pioneering simulation laboratories. The SYSU students also explored the historical connections between SYSU's founder, Dr Sun Yat-sen, and HKU. The enthusiasm and engagement of both SYSU and HKU nursing students made the exchange experience fruitful, fostering a positive synergy between the two nursing schools.
