Immunopathology • Study of the structural and functional manifestations associated with immunological defense against various diseases. • Therapeutic application of knowledge concerning immunodeficiency and dysregulation of immunological responses. Cancer Therapeutics • Evaluating the dysregulation of key signaling pathway and genetic mutation involved in multistage carcinogenesis. • Development of advanced chemo- preventive approach for tumor regression with minimization of side effects. Developmental Genetics • Understanding the molecular mechanisms involved in generation of embryonal cancers. • Assessing the health impact of various growth defects and their fundamental etiology for diagnostic or curative approaches.
