Personal guidance/ Student's wellbeing and support Academic guidance/ suport on statutory requirements and course credits To enhance and support the student learning experience during the Enrichment Year intellectually, academically, psychologically and socially, a virtual collaborative space for support and learning, namely, is being developed by the Faculty. connect*ed is a technology-enabled initiative aiming at maintaining connectivity and enabling student communities of learning via a virtual environment. With students focusing on different areas of interest, in different parts of the world, it aims at helping students to remain connected when geographically distant and to connect disparate learning experiences with professional goals. In connect*ed , small communities of students can explore their Enrichment Year experience with facilitation from their connect*ed Mentors , using an inquiry-based approach via an online platform compatible with mobile communication, social learning and collaboration. Regular group interaction and access to private one-to-one interaction with the connect*ed Mentors provide students with psychosocial and intellectual support. 6
