Be published in peer-reviewed journals II. Be human studies III. Refer to obesity, with a defined measure, as a risk factor IV. Indicate congenital abnormalities as an outcome V. Have a direct control group, comparing the incidence of CAKUT in obese and non-obese group VI. Be published in English Articles that were not published in peer-reviewed journals were not considered.
