Will and How Can Health Targets Truly Benefit Hong Kong? by Prof CH Leong

Professor CH Leong will examine the concept of health targets in the context of Hong Kong's future health care development. He will also present his views on the practical benefits of health targets in guiding health care policy formulation and in shaping future healthcare services delivery reform. In contrast, what may Hong Kong lose if health targets are not adopted?
