Dr. Yang graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with PhD degree in Marine Environmental Science. She trained in analytical chemistry and marine natural product chemistry.

Current Research Interests:

  1. Isolation and identification of bioactive natural compounds from medicinal herbs
  2. Authentication and characterization of medicinal herbs
