On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are most delighted to invite you to the 14th International Symposium on Healthy Aging to be held on 16-17 March 2019 at the Ballroom, 3/F Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong. The Symposium is organized by the Research Centre of Heart, Brain, Hormone and Healthy Aging, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong.
Following the success of the previous Symposia in 2006 to 2018, this year’s programme is titled “Embrace the Golden Years”. We will continue to focus on the promotion of healthy and happy aging from a multidisciplinary perspective and the development of novel therapeutics as well as the diagnostic approaches for health problems experienced by older people. Plenary lectures on basic science, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation related to aging and age-related diseases will be offered in this new and exciting 2-day scientific programme. Young Investigator Awards will also be presented under the support of Sun Chieh Yeh Heart Foundation and the Research Centre of Heart, Brain, Hormone & Healthy Aging to recognize the outstanding research in aging undertaken by our next generation of young researchers.
