Registration Procedures

Registration for the 12th International Symposium on Healthy Aging “Wellness and Longevity: From Science to Service” 2017 is closed.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 24 FEBRUARY 2017

 

Official Receipt

An official receipt for the registration fee will be provided in the registration package for collection at the Symposium.

On-site registration is also accepted, subject to the sitting capacity.  Registrants have to pay the fee in cash at the Symposium.  An official receipt will be issued after the event by mail to the on-site registrants.

Entitlement 

Registrants will be entitled to:

• attend the Opening Ceremony
• participate in all symposia (including the lunch symposia)
• visit the poster exhibition
• receive a certificate of attendance, upon request, and a copy of the programme booklet

Cancellation of Registration

Only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if notification of cancellation is made in writing on or before 24 February 2017. No refund will be made for any notification of cancellation received after 24 February 2017.

Payment

All payments should be made by cheque in HK Dollars payable to “The University of Hong Kong” and sent with the completed registration form to the Symposium Secretariat, Research Centre of Heart, Brain, Hormone & Healthy Aging, 6/F, William M.W. Mong Block, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, 21 Sassoon Road, Pokfulam, Hong Kong by 24 February 2017.
