Sarcomas comprised of more than 100 subtypes and up to 20% is unclassified. Through multiomics techniques with whole exome sequencing, whole transcriptome sequencing, genomewide methylation profiling, and proteomics, we are trying to discover biomarkers important for diagnosis, prognosis and treatment targets. We have collected large number of samples from different collaborative hospitals and the clinicopathological features will be analyzed with the multiomcis data. Common subtypes such as liposarcoma, chondrosarcoma and leiomyosarcoma will be the main focus.
