Alumni Chamber

The Alumni Chamber located at 7/F of William MW Mong Block is ideal for academic and social functions such as cocktail receptions, where the venue is provided with professional equipment.

*Due to the latest COVID-19 situation and the work arrangement on campus, the arrangement of all bookings will adhere to the legislation 599G on crowd control and the University’s latest notice.

Rules and Regulations When Using the Venues
  1. The venue must be kept clean and tidy throughout the whole event. Any waste must not be left at the venue after the event is over. 
  2. All materials must be placed safely without blocking other users of the building. 
  3. Posting signage on the wall and sticking materials on any parts of the venue are prohibited. Users who failed to do so will be responsible for any cost incurred when removing the signage. The use of e-signage board is encouraged.
  4. All materials must be removed after the event is over.
  5. If you wish to move the Mascot Figures located at the foyer, please contact us at hkumedbrand@hku.hk. The user shall be responsible for returning to the original location after use.
  6. Moving the HKUMed stand out of Cheung Chin Lan Hong Atrium is prohibited.
