To celebrate the 22nd anniversary of HKSAR’s return to China and the 7th anniversary of the Hospital, HKU-Shenzhen Hospital held a flag raising ceremony and unveiling of “HK-SZ Medical Specialists Training Center” on July 2, 2019.
In January 2018, the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, HKU Faculty of Medicine and HKUShenzhen Hospital signed a joint agreement on “Shenzhen-Hong Kong Medical Specialists Training Project”. The project aims to bring Hong Kong’s leading medical specialist training system into Shenzhen and Mainland China in order to jointly build up a platform for raising the skill levels of medical talent in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
