The forum of International Hospital Accreditation - Key to Quality and Safety was successfully held at HKU-Shenzhen Hospital on February 18 and 19, 2019. The forum brought together experts from the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) and national hospital accreditation officers to share experiences on hospital accreditation standards.
It was held with the aim of better understanding the importance of international oversight of national accreditation programmes through the International Accreditation Programmes and introducing the ISQua and its role in international hospital accreditation.
