The Shenzhen International Seminar on Medical Ethics was held at HKU-Shenzhen Hospital on March 15, 2019. Medical experts from the United States, Hong Kong and the Mainland were invited to discuss how to promote medical ethics in concept and practice, and to encourage the sharing of knowledge between Shenzhen and the international community.
The Seminar was supervised by the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission and was co-organised by the HKU-Shenzhen Hospital, Shenzhen Medical Doctors Association, Shenzhen Medical Ethics Expert Committee and Shenzhen Biomedical Ethics Review Committee. About 300 experts from the medical industry in Shenzhen attended the event.
