Modern challenges to the health of people are influenced by a multitude of factors. These include: non-communicable and infectious diseases; social determinants, such as poverty and inequality; the impact of climate change; the emergence of antimicrobial resistance; and the mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being of populations.

HKUMed is seeking research scientists to help advance and teach knowledge in such critical areas, which bear great significance for individual and population health.
