Graduands of the Class of 2020,

It is a very special year to be graduating. You have been going through and still in the middle of the largest and deepest pandemic of the past century. And as a healthcare professional or a biomedical scientist, you carry an extra responsibility not only to your profession to your aspirations but to humanity.

Please allow your alma mater to thank you for your services and for showing that you care most about those whom we collectively serve – our patients.

Now, today is a very happy day for all of you. Please, remember to take very good care of yourselves in addition to looking after your patients. But also take some time out and give yourselves a pat on the back. You truly deserve your achievements and please go forth with the very best wishes of HKUMed.
