31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong AIDS Foundation

The Foundation was honoured to have invited Prof. Dr. David Ho Da-I, the renowned Scientist in AIDS medicine and inventor of Combination Antiretroviral Therapy,
popularly known as Cocktail Therapy, to attend and support the meeting. A number of the Foundation's Board Members attended the meeting in person to assist in
presenting several important agenda items, guided by Dr. Leong Che Hung.

Cecilia Cheng-Mayer, Robin Shattock, Mark Marsh, Sharon Lewin, etc.

Dr Zhiwei Chen, Director of HKU - AIDS Institute, was invited to present a talk, titled: "Vaccine: A Possible Solution to Protect Against HIV/NeuroAIDS" at a symposium

organized by The National Institute on Drug Abuse at NIH. It is part of NIDA Neuroscience Consortium Cutting-edge seminar series. The title of the symposium is

"HIV/NeuroAIDS Treatment and Prevention Beyond HAART - Thinking Outside the Box". Most of the audiences are NIH program officals and Scientific Review Officers.
